Pay Range : $4,000 for a 3-credit hour
undergraduate course. $4,500 for a 3-credit hour
graduate course. This position is Exempt from theFair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.
Because this appointment is temporary in nature, you will not be eligible to receive all of the benefits normally provided tofaculty under the standard University of Colorado benefits programs. You are not eligible to receive paid vacation leave, medical, or retirement benefits. However, you are eligible to accrue sick leave at 0.034 hours of sick leave per hour worked.

On-campus,online, or hybrid. Remote teaching opportunities may be available under certain conditions.
The College of Business and Administration at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs(UCCS) will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in International Business from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.
This position will teach classes in the areas of international business and international finance Classes may be on-campus,online, or hybrid.
This is a revolving Lecturer Pool for the College of Business. Ifthere is a course opening and your qualifications match a courseand the minimum requirements, you may be contacted at thattime.
The University of Colorado Colorado Springs will not sponsor workvisas or permanent resident applications for this position.
Essential FunctionsThe duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provides instruction to undergraduate/graduate students bothin-person and online courses.
- Maintains, develop and schedules student learning experiences to achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Plans, develops, and implements evaluation tools to assess student process towards course learning objectives.
- Be familiar with learning management systems, such as Canvas.
- Other duties as determined by the College of Business.

Qualifications :- A completed bachelor's degree in business administration,international business, marketing, or a closely related field
with a minimum of three (3) years professional industry experience in these areas. - OR A completed master's degree in business administration, international business, marketing, or a closely related field with a minimum of one-year professional industry experience in these areas is required.
- A terminal degree (e.g. PhD, DBA, JD) is preferred.
- Applicants with prior and relevant teaching experience are preferred.
