We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team! In your role as a Cognitive Trainer, you will work one-on-one with students of all ages using the Learning Rx model and programs. Trainers deliver engaging, structured exercises designed to strengthen students' cognitive skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

• Deliver one-on-one brain training sessions following the Learning Rx methodology
• Provide encouragement, support, and accountability to clients throughout their program
• Track client progress and maintain accurate training records
• Communication with leadership team and parents regarding student performance
• Foster a positive, professional, and motivating atmosphere
• Attend initial and ongoing training to maintain program fidelity

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed
• Ability to follow structured programs with attention to detail
• Patience, adaptability, and consistency in working with students of varying ages and needs
• Ability and willingness to train remotely via Google meet/Zoom
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred (but not required)
