• Valid Special Education teaching license/certification
• Previous experience supporting students with mild to moderate needs preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with team members, families, and support professionals

• Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding educational progress and recommendations
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to address varied learning styles and needs
