Site Director

Kinder Care is seeking a Site Director for Academy Endeavour Elementary to lead a high-quality before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees daily operations, staffing, family communication, and compliance with safety and licensing standards. This role designs and implements engaging educational activities, manages budgets and enrollment, and builds strong relationships with school partners and families. The ideal candidate is an organized, child-centered leader with experience in early childhood or school-age programs and a passion for nurturing each child’s potential.
