** About the Role
** Hello, Paraprofessionals! Ampersand Therapy is hiring
** Paraprofessionals in Colorado Springs, CO
** to support students in a K-12 school setting. You'll work alongside teachers and school staff to provide meaningful academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support, helping students feel confident and successful throughout their school day.

** What You'll Do
*** Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students in the classroom
* Support students with academic tasks, daily routines, and classroom activities
* Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies
* Reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills
* Help students with transitions throughout the school day
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
* Help maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
* Maintain basic documentation as needed##
** What We're Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
* Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow direction and support academic and behavioral plans
* School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
* A genuine interest in helping students grow and succeed##
