This 9-month, .5 FTE position begins January 2027 and involves teaching approximately 12 credit hours per year at undergraduate/graduate levels, mentoring students, and engaging in service.
Requirements include a Master's degree in nutrition or related field; RD/RDN and IOC/CSSD credentials are preferred.
