Our facility in Colorado Springs has an immediate opportunity for a level 5 Program Planner to join our mission. As our Program Planner, you will interface with Engineering, Finance/Business Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to ensure a complete and accurate performance measurement baseline is captured and executed. Additionally, you will assist in the development/maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) which accurately validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program and ensure vertical integration with lower level Supplemental Schedules up to the IMS.

Summary of

Key Duties:

In this role you will…

* Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders

* Effectively communicate schedule impacts to the program management team and ensure on time delivery of the IMS

* Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules and facilitate workaround planning as required

* Maintain, publish, and present relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration

* Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project and/or Open Plan or another comparable scheduling tool

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word

* Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance

Desired

Skills:

* Active Top Secret clearance

* Strong experience with MS Project and/or Open Plan highly preferred

* Experience with EVM Compliance Audits

* Experience on large programs ($500M+)

* Understanding of the EV Guidelines, corporate policies including PPMP-01, PPMP-02 and an understanding of the DCMA Data Driven metrics and DCMA surveillance process

* Experience with using Agile methodologies within an IMS.

* Experience interacting across a variety of areas; such as Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Business Management, Production and Quality Control

* Experience with Acumen, One Pager Pro, Milestones Pro

* Schedule metrics generation & reporting

* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong sense of follow-up with strict attention to detail and quality

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines

* Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
