Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to oversee the end-to-end process lifecycle in Pueblo, CO. This role involves designing and implementing manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in process engineering and have a strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
