Responsibilities
- Acts as a technical leader and applies standard engineering techniques
- Makes design recommendations for utility substations
- Performs calculations using engineering formulas
- Provides technical guidance to other engineers
- Coordinates detailed phases of assigned project work
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- PE registration required
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient with substation protection and control design
- Capable of reviewing and producing design drawings
- Ability to perform AC & DC substation studies
