Commercial HVAC Project Manager needed! Responsibilities include overseeing quality projects built on time and within budget, providing periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis, ensuring scope changes are processed, reviewing project estimates, conducting pre-job planning meetings, establishing and executing subcontracts, communicating project issues, assembling project estimates, preparing monthly contract billings, managing conflict resolution, identifying and developing policies for continuous improvement, and visiting job sites to perform inspections and resolve issues.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or similar, 2-5 years of experience in commercial MEP project management, excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
