Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking an experienced Mechanical / HVAC Assessor – BUILDER Assessor to perform Facility Condition Assessments at federal facilities. The work focuses on evaluating HVAC equipment, hydronic systems, controls, and related building assets to inform repairs, cost estimates, and long-range maintenance planning.
Assessments are conducted using BUILDER™ SMS, with data collected in the field to support accurate facility condition reporting.
