As the Project Manager, Electrical Systems & Commissioning, you will lead the planning, integration, and startup of electrical, controls, automation, and utility systems that support production operations. This role serves as the key link between construction teams, contractors, system integrators, and manufacturing engineering, ensuring facility systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned to meet safety, reliability, and performance objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with electrical distribution, industrial controls, PLC/SCADA systems, HVAC and utility infrastructure, commissioning, and cross‑functional project leadership within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Act as the primary liaison between construction teams, controls integrators, electrical contractors, utility implementation groups, and manufacturing engineering to ensure facility infrastructure is delivered to production requirements.

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of facility electrical systems, power distribution, controls architecture, industrial networks, low‑voltage systems, and building management systems (BMS).

• Develop and maintain electrical one‑lines, controls documentation, network architecture drawings, and commissioning records supporting facility and manufacturing systems.

• Review equipment specifications to determine facility impacts, electrical loads, controls integration requirements, communication protocols, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Lead the planning and execution of facility, equipment, and utility commissioning activities to ensure systems are tested, validated, and ready for production operations.

• Develop commissioning strategies, turnover plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for facility infrastructure, automation systems, and manufacturing equipment.

• Oversee commissioning and performance validation of chiller plants, environmental test chambers, HVAC controls, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and other critical facility assets.

• Coordinate controls integration and startup activities involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, BMS platforms, industrial networking, and equipment communications.

• Lead cross‑functional teams across construction, engineering, operations, IT, automation, and external suppliers to deliver integrated facility and manufacturing systems that achieve safety, reliability, maintainability, and performance objectives.

• Manage contractors, system integrators, and vendors during installation, startup, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

• Conduct site assessments and field verification activities to validate as‑built conditions, identify risks, and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning.
