Vice President of Finance (Private Home builder)

We are seeking a hands‑on, sleeves‑rolled‑up finance leader to partner with ownership and executive leadership, owning the full financial picture — accounting oversight, banking relationships, cash flow strategy, contracts, risk management, and long‑term financial planning across the company and its affiliated entities.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Oversee accounting operations and mentor an established internal team
• Own banking and lender relationships with credibility and confidence
• Review contracts, loan documents, and insurance requirements
• Drive risk management, compliance, and financial discipline across multiple entities
• Partner closely with leadership while staying deeply connected to day‑to‑day operations

• A seasoned finance leader from a private, capital‑intensive business
• Strong banking, balance sheet, and cash flow expertise
• CPA strongly preferred
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands‑on
• Background in homebuilding, construction, real estate development, or a closely related industry is a plus — not a prerequisite

• Well‑run, stable organization with strong leadership
