Job Overview
This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position includes accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, having in‑depth conversations to understand client goals, and connecting them to solutions that meet those financial goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.

- Able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Schedule & PayShift: 1st shift (United States of America) –
Hours:
