• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant licenses: CFP or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment. Certifications such as FINRA Series 6, 65, and 66 are advantageous but not required.

• Financial planning software: 1 year (Required)
• Financial planning: 1 year (Required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
