F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance Manager) – Automotive Dealership

We’re looking for a high-performing Finance & Insurance Manager who knows how to balance profitability, compliance, and customer experience at an elite level. If you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and consistently deliver strong PVR, clean deals, and exceptional customer satisfaction—this is your opportunity.
Commission -$150,000 to $200,000 annually Depending on Experience
What You’ll Do
As our F&I Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full finance process—from customer interview to funded deal—while maximizing revenue and maintaining strict compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present 100% of F&I products to every customer, every time
- Structure and finalize deals for maximum profitability and lender approval
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve closing ratios and deal flow
- Ensure all contracts are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
- Secure funding eligibility within 7 days of contract date
- Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on programs
- Deliver a transparent, professional, and efficient customer experience
What Sets You Apart
- Proven track record as an Automotive F&I Manager
- Strong knowledge of lender programs, structuring, and compliance
- Experience with systems like PBS, Secure Metrics, Stone Eagle (or similar)
- Ability to desk deals, structure payments, and support sales teams
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

- Monday–Saturday – 5-day workweek
- 8:30 AM to close
