Who We’re Looking ForYou’ve built and managed loan portfolios. You understand credit, structure deals with confidence, and know how to advocate for your borrowers. You take pride in both growing your portfolio and maintaining disciplined credit quality. But you’re looking for more than just volume — you want meaning, autonomy, and the chance to help local businesses grow.
We’re a locally owned, community-focused bank serving the Colorado Springs area since 1891. Built on long-term relationships and sound banking practices, we combine a strong credit culture and a disciplined approach to credit with a collaborative, hands‑on team environment.
Here, you won’t be buried in bureaucracy. You’ll have room to lead, build relationships, and shape how lending is done. If you’re ready to bring your lending expertise to a place where your voice matters and your work makes a visible impact — let’s talk.

- Represent the bank at local events, chambers, and business groups
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
- Pitch in across departments — lending, operations, compliance — as needed
- Take ownership of your portfolio, managing relationships and performance over time
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lending, including small business and CRE
- Strong credit analysis skills and comfort with financial statements
- Proven ability to structure and close deals independently
- Relationship-first mindset with a track record of client retention and demonstrated ability to generate new business through referrals, relationships, and community engagement

- Integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit
- A role where your lending expertise is valued and trusted
- A team that gives you autonomy and room to lead
- A chance to deepen relationships and grow a portfolio with purpose
- A community bank culture — lean, agile, and people-centered
- A place where you’re not just a lender, but a partner in growth
- Collaborative, team‑oriented culture where lenders, credit, and leadership work closely together
- Locally owned and operated — decisions made close to the customer
- Long‑term mindset focused on relationships, not short‑term production
- Less bureaucracy, more action
- Direct, visible impact on clients, team, and community
- As a smaller, relationship‑focused bank, your ideas, relationships, and initiative have a direct and meaningful impact — on both your clients and the bank itself
- Competitive compensation aligned with production, portfolio growth, and relationship development
