Production Quality Analyst – Commercial

• Conduct quality review and analysis of work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area
• Identify systemic issues and facilitate correction
• Review complex transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies and procedures
• Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and work processes
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Work with staff to develop and improve incoming quality
• Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects
• Review and validate due diligence and drafted loan documents against credit approvals
• Determine whether commercial loan documentation reflects the precise approved terms
• Perform final review before commercial loan closing to mitigate booking, funding, and servicing risk
• Receive document review requests from CAT, CCPG, RCPG, and Wealth Management (AMG)
• Collaborate with teams in a high-energy Commercial Lending Operations environment

• University/college degree typically required, with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
• In lieu of a degree, comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
• Bachelor's degree listed under Education
