Personal Banker

Integrity Bank & Trust is an employee-owned community bank serving the Colorado Springs area since 2003. We believe local banking should mean local decisions, personal service and relationships with people who know their customers and communities.

The Person al Banker is often the first person a customer sees and one of the most important relationships they build with the bank. This is a full-time, on-site position that combines customer service, account opening, transaction processing and relationship development.

Personal Bankers help customers with everyday banking needs while also taking the time to understand what they are trying to accomplish and identify products or services that may make banking easier for them.

• Provide welcoming, professional service to customers in person and by phone
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts
• Process deposits, withdrawals and other routine transactions accurately
• Learn Integrity’s products and services and explain them clearly
• Ask questions, listen well and identify opportunities to help customers with additional banking needs
• Make appropriate referrals to other areas of the bank
• Maintain accurate records and follow bank procedures, regulatory requirements and security standards
• Balance cash and complete other teller responsibilities as needed
• Work closely with teammates to provide a consistent customer experience

• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• A genuine interest in helping people and building relationships
• Attention to detail and comfort working with cash and financial transactions
• Confidence asking questions and recommending solutions when appropriate
• Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Prior banking experience is helpful, but not required
• Prior customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or other relationship-based experience is valued
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work the required branch schedule, including Saturdays when applicable
• Notary commission or willingness to become a notary

$18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
