Associate - Project Finance

We are partnered with a high-growth BESS platform on an exciting opportunity for Finance Analyst / Associate (2–4 years’ experience) to join their expanding U.S. team in Denver.

• Build and maintain complex project finance models for utility-scale energy storage projects across the US.
• Support structuring and execution of project financing transactions, including debt and equity raises.
• Conduct financial analysis, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare investor presentations, term sheets, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in due diligence for project acquisitions, partnerships, and financing rounds.
• Monitor project financial performance and produce regular reporting for senior leadership.

Seeking finance professionals with:

• 2–6 years’ experience
• Background in Investment Banking or Energy
• Strong financial modeling / project finance exposure
• Interest in clean energy / storage / emerging technologies
