FULL-TIME

• Must have experience in a customer service-related industry. Training and experience in medical office scheduling preferred.
• Experience with computers and keyboarding skills (or alternate technology that facilitates computer keyboarding/data input).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products desired (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of public trust vetting.
• Must be able to pass a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship (required per government contract)

Compensation for this position will be $18.49 per hour. The federal government pays Health and Welfare (H&W) dollars on behalf of team members covered by the Service Contract Act (SCA). The current H&W rate is $4.57 per eligible hours worked and are applied to employee benefits.

• Occasionally required to move up to 5-40 pounds.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary computer position for extended periods.
