Job Overview
The Occupational Therapist I provides occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment, follow up and documentation using general competencies for inpatients and/or outpatients referred to the OT department. Provides supervision for therapy aides/assistants and students with specific patients or tasks as appropriate. Provides continuous consultation and education to families. The Occupational Therapist I is an entry level position in a Career Advancement Program (CAP).

Job Information: PRN - As needed. Not elgible for benefits.
Shift: Variable, primarily weekend and holiday coverage, minimum of 1 weekend a month and 2 holidays, rotating coverage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field of study.
EXPERIENCE - Experience in acute care pediatrics preferred.
CERTIFICATION(S) - BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR.
LICENSURE - Colorado State Registration for Occupational Therapy - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy;
Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employment.
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Hourly Range: $37.82 to $56.73
