Overview
Occupational Therapist (Please to view job description)
Required Qualifications- Master's degree in occupational therapy or related program
- Maintains licensure through the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
- Maintains licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
- Eligible to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Maintains First Aid/CPR certification, if requested by the District
- Maintains Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) certification, if requested by the District
- Criminal background check required for hire
FTE: 1
Salary Range$55,155 - $78,902
Salary based on education and experience
Additional stipends for advanced credentials are available
