SY, Widefield- School Psychologist

The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on‑site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.

This contract is located near Colorado Springs, CO and will last the whole 26/27 school year. The contract pays $66/Hour locally at 37.5 hours per week and $2,700.50 / week with stipends for travelers. Previous experience working with students is required.

Before applying for the position, please ensure you are eligible to obtain a license in Colorado as a School Psychologist or already licensed with the Colorado Department of Education. Pending licenses are accepted.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must maintain current State licensure and/or certifications in state of assignment
• Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred
• Master’s degree in psychology preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
