Position Details

Full‑time, on‑site role (40 hours per week) based at our Sisters Grove location in Colorado Springs. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM MST. This position primarily works with the adolescent PHP/IOP population, though will require some flexibility to cover for Adults depending on coverage needs and census.

Role Summary

The Therapist will be responsible for providing high‑quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive and continuity of care.
  • Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand with appropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.
  • Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.
  • Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships
  • Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high‑quality care.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications
  • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid state licensurein the state applicable(Addappropriate acronyms)
  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $93,000 USD
