- Starting Salary: $20.50 / per Hour
- Full Wage Scale: $20.50 - $21.65(Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Dungarvin’s compensation guidelines.)

- Coordination offinances of persons served, recreation, program services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, healthcare/nutrition and household management.
- The residential coordinator is responsible to assist thein maintaining consistency in programming, care of persons served, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- The residential coordinator is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities and duties of the habilitation training specialist during all direct care shifts.
- The residential coordinator is responsible to be the back-up to cover shifts in the event of an unexpected absence of staff.
Must have a high school diploma or GED Certification and some education, training, and/or experience in a related area. Must have all of the following:
- A sincere desire to provide direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- The ability to make sound judgments when given guidance and priorities.
- The ability to work as a team member to maintain consistency and quality in programming.
- The ability to exchange support, constructive criticism, and ideas with other staff members.
- Be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision.
