• Shift: Evenings
• Pay: $33.82 – $50.73 per hour (dependent on experience)

Provides triage, assessment and treatment to patients and families, assists with disposition planning and provision of education and resources, initiates psychiatric holds, and operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.

• Implements counseling/therapy for assigned patients in both individual and group settings.
• Interviews and assesses patients and/or their family, caregivers, and/or legal representatives.
• Determines, provides and/or arranges necessary internal and external services or interventions.
• Participates in and/or arranges case reviews and care conferences to evaluate progress.
• Assists with discharge planning and processes, including identification of community-based resources and providing referrals.
• Coordinates patient discharge planning needs and readiness with other team members.
• Utilizes appropriate teaching methods and/or referrals to meet patient/family educational needs.
• Participates in training of new staff, students, and interns as assigned.
• Employs critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or another approved license/certification.
• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
