Confluent Health System Solutions, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Office Manager/Care Coordinator Lead to join our team!
Full-Time 40 Hours (Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm)
Pay Range: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

- The Care Coordinator Team Lead works under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director or Assistant Director
- Oversee daily front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, referrals, and workflow coordination.
- Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email while maintaining professionalism and HIPAA compliance.
- Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect co-pays/co-insurance, and follow up with patients and insurance as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
- Supervise and support front office staff, assist with training, and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with the Director and Billing team on collections, reporting, and front office operations.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and manage clinic supply inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year minimum front office experience in a Physical Therapy or Medical office
- 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Medical Insurance Verifications and Authorizations. Interest in physical therapy or related medical field
- Understanding of and ability to perform outstanding customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow directions and use sound judgment while performing duties
- Ability to communicate clearly and with a respectful delivery
- Ability to organize time and set priorities appropriately
- Ability to establish rapport and work harmoniously with patients and co-workers
- Willingness to pitch in to do what it takes to best serve our patients!
