Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Benefits:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst - What makes you a great fit:

  • Must pass required state and company background checks
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified or in the process (we will help you complete your certification!)
  • Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings
  • 1-2+ years of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Be able to work onsite or in the home
  • Genuine passion for helping children
  • Must be able to commute to Colorado Springs or be willing to relocate to the area


Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in implementing BIPs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
