Talem Home Care of Colorado Springs is seeking Full & Part-Time Caregivers to join our team. Our mission goes beyond offering patients a better life through compassionate care and companionship. Formal caregiving experience and education are not required for employment! Some of our best Caregivers are homemakers, students, and individuals who have cared for family members and friends through illness or in times of need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Stand-by Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• Companionship
• Personal Care (bathing/dressing/toileting/transferring)
• Occasional client transportation for errands, doctor appointments, etc.

Successful Candidates Must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Drivers License
• Be able to drive themselves to/from clients' homes (must have vehicle)
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a professional and friendly attitude
• Be honest, dependable, and trustworthy
• Treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to interact with families of clients with empathy and patience
