  Starting at $45/hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to PreK‑12 students in Colorado Springs. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication goals in the classroom and other settings.
• Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students’ speech and language needs.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Passionate about working with K‑12 students.
• Experience providing speech‑language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and school staff.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (preferred).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and move around in various areas of the school facility. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents both verbally and in writing.
