The Lead Bell oversees the daily operations of the Bell/Valet team, ensuring the safe and efficient relocation of guest vehicles and timely handling of luggage. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training, scheduling, and monitoring team performance.
Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $11.79/hr - $15.86/hr
If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including tips.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with guest services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests
- Handle guest comments and claims
- Supervise and train team members
- Greet guests and secure vehicles
- Maintain the garage's safety and cleanliness
- Perform duties of team members when needed
- Operate company vehicles as required
- Create a memorable guest experience
- Train and mentor staff
- Assist with luggage and shuttle operations
- Ensure revenue is accurately recorded and packages are delivered
- Complete shift checklists and maintain professional appearance
- Identify VIP guests and uphold uniform standards
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ownership of projects and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- Driver’s license preferred, good driving record required
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors
The pay range is $11.79/hr - $15.86/hr, based on experience and other factors. Applicants may redact personal information such as age and education dates. We comply with all relevant laws, including restrictions on minor labor. Minors will not perform restricted activities.
