The Lead Bell oversees the daily operations of the Bell/Valet team, ensuring the safe and efficient relocation of guest vehicles and timely handling of luggage. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training, scheduling, and monitoring team performance.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $11.79/hr - $15.86/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including tips.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with guest services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests
• Handle guest comments and claims
• Supervise and train team members
• Greet guests and secure vehicles
• Maintain the garage's safety and cleanliness
• Perform duties of team members when needed
• Operate company vehicles as required
• Create a memorable guest experience
• Train and mentor staff
• Assist with luggage and shuttle operations
• Ensure revenue is accurately recorded and packages are delivered
• Complete shift checklists and maintain professional appearance
• Identify VIP guests and uphold uniform standards
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Requirements:

• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ownership of projects and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Driver’s license preferred, good driving record required
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors
