Cheyenne Mountain Resort opened in 1985 and sits on 25 acres of land. The 4-Star Full Service property is nestled in the greens of Southern Colorado Springs and offers mountain views and activities like golf, swimming, and tennis to create a unique guest experience.

Hourly Rate
: $17.00

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and the communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role provides opportunities for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You will be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host.

• Bringing your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts
• Increasing guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests
• Taking ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out
• Taking care of internal as well as external phone calls
• Addressing guest complaints and requests in a timely manner
• Being proactive in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays
• Previous front desk agent experience is a plus
