Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO, for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing front office staff, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The role also involves planning and organization to maintain high levels of efficiency and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Front Office operations and Office Administration, with the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Proven track record in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, prioritizing guests' needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and guests.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate a team in a hospitality setting.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient operations and quick resolution of guest concerns.
  • Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and familiarity with front desk systems is a plus.
