Park Hyatt Mexico City seeks a Finance Business Partner who embraces agile principles and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decision-making and financial planning to drive the hotel’s performance and profitability.

This role leads all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations and standards. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about empowering teams, driving results, and delivering value to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Minimum2 years’ experience as Director of Finance in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
