Our client, a private hospitality and recreation organization in the Colorado Springs area, is seeking a Clubhouse Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee a multi-outlet food & beverage operation serving an active membership community. You will lead daily operations across a primary dining outlet and several seasonal service points. The ideal candidate brings prior food and beverage leadership experience in a private club or membership-driven hospitality environment.
Success in this role requires the ability to build and strengthen member relationships through consistent execution, coach team members with professionalism and accountability, and adapt staffing and service standards with fluctuating seasonal demand. This is a great opportunity to own a multi-outlet operation with peak-season complexity and visible impact on the member experience.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple food & beverage service areas
- Deliver consistent service standards aligned with a membership-focused environment
- Anticipate seasonal volume shifts and proactively adjust staffing and schedules
- Provide hands-on, floor-based leadership during peak periods
- Recruit, train, and develop a young seasonal workforce
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable through direct coaching
- Monitor sales, labor, and inventory metrics to drive profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution and seasonal offerings
- Support and execute large-scale member events and high-volume service days
- Identify revenue-driving opportunities and treat the operation with ownership mindset
- 3+ years of food & beverage operations and team leadership experience required
- Experience overseeing multiple outlets or service points required
- Experience in a private club, or membership-based hospitality environment required
- Strong operational instincts with the ability to scale service during peak seasons required
- Schedule flexibility required
