A leading hospitality company is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the department's efficient operation while adhering to brand standards. This role involves managing kitchen operations and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a quality establishment, with a strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
