As a Housekeeping Rooms Supervisor
, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest room reflects the elegance, comfort, and quality expected at Grand Hyatt Barcelona. You will supervise and guide the housekeeping team, oversee daily room operations, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee a seamless and outstanding guest experience.

We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and support a diverse team in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

• Supervise the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, ensuring compliance with Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brand standards.
• Conduct detailed room inspections and follow up on quality or maintenance issues.
• Ensure the correct and efficient use of cleaning materials and equipment by room attendants.
• Coordinate daily task assignments, support team members, and provide on‑the‑spot coaching.
• Communicate effectively with Engineering, Front Office, and other departments to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Maintain accurate records of productivity, occupancy needs, and room status updates.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards in all housekeeping procedures.
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous skill development for the housekeeping team.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and respect within the department.

• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, ideally in a supervisory or coordinator role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• English and Spanish required.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred experience with hotel systems such as HotSOS
