- Develop Effective Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute plans designed to attract, engage, and retain qualified drivers.
- Set and Achieve Recruiting Goals: Establish clear hiring targets and work proactively to meet—or exceed—them.
- Lead Outreach & Engagement Efforts: Design and run creative campaigns to connect with high‑quality driver candidates.
- Engage with Applicants: Respond quickly and professionally to candidate inquiries, ensuring an excellent recruitment experience.
- Host Informational Sessions: Organize and facilitate orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
- Streamline the Hiring Process: Guide applicants through each stage—from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment.
- Manage Applicant Flow: Track candidates, maintain accurate documentation, and update the applicant tracking system.
- Provide Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular updates and performance reports to leadership.
- Support Team & Company Success: Collaborate closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong long‑term driver satisfaction.
- Build Strong Professional Relationships: Foster positive, supportive relationships with drivers and staff to strengthen retention efforts.
- Contribute to a Positive Culture: Promote a team‑oriented, service‑focused, and supportive work environment.
- Show Initiative: Perform additional duties as needed to meet recruiting objectives.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, or sales (preferred)
- Strong motivation with a goal‑driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dependability, initiative, and self‑motivation
