We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Human Resources Executive to support the smooth and efficient administration of the Human Resources Department within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee records management, HR documentation, visa and immigration processes, associate engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor regulations, while ensuring high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Human Resources or HR Administration within a hotel, resort, or service‑oriented organization.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, recruitment coordination, personnel records, and labor law compliance.
  • Experience handling employment documentation, probation tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Familiarity with visa and immigration processes (preferred in a hospitality environment).
  • Good understanding of HR systems, Fusion system, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, and able to support cross‑departmental operations when required.
