Exo Analytic Solutions develops and uses a variety of modeling and simulation tools for engineering, engagement, mission and campaign‑level analysis of defense and space systems. We are a recognized modeling and simulation leader with deep domain expertise and experience applying our software tools on studies and problems of national importance.

Exo Analytic Solutions is seeking a versatile professional to join our simulation and modeling team who thrives at the intersection of writing, quality assurance, and curriculum development. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, strong editorial skills, and a knack for transforming technical content into clear, engaging learning materials and documentation. This hybrid role will involve testing software, creating and reviewing documentation, and developing curriculum resources.

• Develop and maintain clear, concise, user‑friendly documentation, manuals, guides, tutorials, and training modules.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and software developers to clarify complex information.
• Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and best practices.
• Test software, documentation for accuracy, usability, and clarity and provide feedback to improve both content and user experience.
• Adapt complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software (Google Docs, Libre Office).

• Background in copy editing, teaching, instructional design strongly preferred.
• Interest and ability to learn about space, space systems, and related technologies.

Hourly Rate Range

$36 - $57/hour

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and years of experience.
