** and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.
** Overview:
** As an Engineer, Power BI at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions using Power BI.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical specs.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Develop and execute database queries and perform analyses.
* Create visualizations and reports for specified projects.
* Evaluate, improve, and optimize current reporting.
* Maintain data connectivity and refresh schedules for all Power BI reports.
* Assist with troubleshooting system and data issues.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Certification in Power BI.
* Proven experience as a Power BI Engineer or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.
* Experience with advanced data visualization techniques.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce data.
* Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
* Experience with SQL.
* Experience with Snowflake, Rivery, dbt, or Azure Data Factory is a plus.
* Experience with Power BI Copilot or other AI assisted reporting tools is a plus.
* Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
* Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

** Pay Transparency Notice for Colorado Applicants:
** The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $117,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and incentive and recognition programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
