Full-Time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. Job Summary

The Systems Administrator II, IT Cloud will lead the administration and optimization of Goodwill of Colorado's Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and other modern workplace technologies. The Systems - Cloud Administrator will ensure secure, scalable, and efficient cloud operations while supporting users and systems across the organization. This position also contributes to endpoint management, identity governance, and user enablement through AI‑powered tools and automation.

Essential

Functions Administrative
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, and Intune.
  • Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, content lifecycle, and governance policies.
  • Support cloud‑based identity and access management (Azure Active Directory (AD)), including role‑based access controls and conditional access policies.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint provisioning and compliance policies using Intune and Auto Pilot.
  • Provide Tier III support for Help Desk tickets related to cloud services and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor system performance, usage analytics, and security alerts across Microsoft 365.
  • Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to cloud services and integrated systems.
  • Assist in user training and enablement for Microsoft 365 tools, including AI‑powered features like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for cloud systems and user support.
  • Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud technologies.
  • Ensure maximum uptime and availability of cloud services, including after‑hours support as needed.
  • The incumbent must be adept with reprioritizing responsibilities depending on the needs of the department and the organization.
  • The incumbent may be assigned additional/different duties occasionally to help support the IT team and the organization.
Cloud Security and Compliance
  • Monitor and manage data protection, retention, and eDiscovery policies within Microsoft 365.
  • Support secure collaboration and data sharing across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert) is preferred.
Experience
  • Deep knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP services.
  • Understanding network security groups, routing tables, and cloud firewalls.
  • Cost governance and cloud monitoring tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, Intune, Auto Pilot, and Azure AD.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Experience with scripting and automation (Power Shell preferred).
  • Background in project coordination or IT service delivery is a plus.
  • 1 year of prior experience supporting a nonprofit is required.
  • 1 year of prior Goodwill IT team in helpdesk and/or cloud support is preferred.
Other
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, identity management, and endpoint security.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud service issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to provide on‑call support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
