• Please note: This role is not eligible for remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the South Denver area and be able to be onsite daily*.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to capture business needs.
• Translate requirements into clear documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Understand and articulate AI concepts (e.g., machine learning basics, generative AI use cases) and their impact on business processes.
• Assist in evaluating AI tools and platforms for suitability and integration.

• Navigate unclear or evolving requirements; proactively identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Research and synthesize information to clarify objectives and constraints.
• Document findings and decisions in a structured, accessible format.

• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and elevate risks/issues as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology‑driven projects.
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and emerging technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills (process flows, requirements, user stories).
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; ability to self‑direct and figure things out.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with AI/ML projects, data analysis, or automation initiatives preferred.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Passionate about leveraging AI to drive business value.
• Ability to work and deliver as a team.
