DevSecOps Engineer

Basic Qualifications

• Deep Dev Sec Ops  background, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Cloud/containerization experience with a good understanding of distributed systems and designing for scalability.
• Experience with Python and scripting languages such as Bash and Power Shell.
• Experience working with Linux‑based operating systems.
• An Active Top Secret clearance is required for consideration.

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Dev Sec Ops  Engineer with a Final Top Secret security clearance to work from either our King of Prussia, PA or Littleton, CO location(s).

This is an MID‑SR CAREER (level
4) ROLE where candidates typically require 5+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.

We are looking for software engineers to craft and build innovative solutions for our customers. You will be part of an Agile team that utilizes state of the art commercial standard methodologies such as Dev Sec Ops  (automated testing, continuous integration, automated deployment, etc.) and modern development tools. You will participate in progressing system capabilities from early design through site acceptance focused on software reuse, COTS/FOSS integrations, and innovative, affordable best practices.

As a member of a hard‑working team that are passionate about their trade, focused on mission and system quality, and supportive of timely delivery of features and capabilities. Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and a desire to have fun with your work.

• Design, implement, test, and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions using tools such as Git Lab CI, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Drive modernization initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen security posture, and increase scalability through automated compliance checks, vulnerability scanning, and secret management.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams in an Agile environment to embed Dev Sec Ops  practices throughout the software lifecycle, from code commit to production deployment.
