Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Colorado Springs, CO or Washington Metropolitan area.

• Oversee a team of experienced professionals and guide clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet challenging missions.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers specializing in Classified System Platforms to build cloud solution components.
• Expand experience within a Dev Ops framework to create and manage container apps using Kubernetes and related tools.
• Partner with stakeholders and lead the team to deliver appropriate technical solutions for modernizing legacy platforms or creating new ones.

• Experience with Cloud engineering, architecture, management, maintenance, and enhancement across enterprise environments.
• Experience working with AWS or Microsoft Azure supporting enterprise-scale Cloud architecture and platform transformation.
• Experience designing, engineering, and deploying Cloud-native and hybrid environments supporting mission and data workloads.
• Experience with networking, security groups, IAM, routing, and policy management for Cloud resources across UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Experience building and managing Cloud environments across multiple impact levels, regions, and providers.
• Experience supporting DoD or IC Cloud environments, security requirements, and certification frameworks.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and configuration management tools.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.
• DoD 8570 Certification such as Security+.
• Nice if: CI/CD pipeline solutions, Kubernetes, containerization, Cloud platform services, Cloud Data Plane and Mission Plane architectures, DoD accreditation and Cloud authorization processes, AWS or Azure certification, Bachelor’s degree.
