What We’re Doing
Our Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2
BMC) Regional team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.S. Missile Defense System, protecting both the United States and its allies.
The C2
BMC-Regional Application Agile Release Train is seeking a Systems Analyst who will thrive in a fast paced team environment in the design, development, and testing of the C2
BMC applications.
- Perform analysis, root cause troubleshooting, scenario support, and behavior assessments of C2
BMC software in development, ground tests, and operations. - Execute automated tools and apply manual techniques to analyze software capabilities and behaviors in an integrated environment.
- Interface with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to define analysis approaches, set up scenarios, assist with anomaly resolution, and deliver actionable insights to customers and stakeholders.
- Proven experience producing analysis reports for complex systems and algorithms (performance, behavior, functionality).
- Ability to use MATLAB or a comparable language (Python, etc.) for prototyping, data visualization, scripting, data manipulation, and parsing.
- Ability to use spreadsheets, databases, and/or Linux command line tools for data analysis and verification.
- Final DOD SECRET Clearance.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (computer science, software engineering, mathematics).
- Experience with statistical methods, time series analysis, and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Excellent analytical abilities and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, stakeholders, and customers.
- Understanding of systems and software engineering processes, principles, and life cycles.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Self‑motivated and collaborative; thrives in a fast paced environment with ability to switch between high priority tasks.
Final DOD SECRET Clearance required; US citizenship is required.
Benefits & CompensationThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550.
