Compensation:
Total package over 7 figures. Base approx $175-274k, + bonus + generous RSUs.

The role
Incredible opportunity to join an industry leading semiconductor company enabling AI/ML at scale through advanced data center connectivity and silicon platforms.
You will be the technical authority for the AI Data Innovation Pipeline for PCIe, storage and memory connectivity. You will lead a team of senior architects and engineers, will work closely with the division GM and Product Marketing in the development of product line roadmaps for PCIe Switches and Storage Controllers.
Responsibilities:
- Establish product concepts and lead the architecture team in the completion of system, board, silicon, software and performance specification documents for PCIe Switching and Storage Controller product lines
- Work across the organization to initiate and support development execution
- Provide technical support to business and marketing teams
Skills required
We are open to two potential candidate profiles:
A senior technical leader (typically 5+ years leading managers or senior architects) with broad systems and architecture oversight, who brings working knowledge of silicon development and data center connectivity. OR A more hands-on architecture leader with deep silicon experience, particularly in data center connectivity technologies such as Ethernet, switching, or high-speed interconnects, who may have a smaller team-lead scope but strong technical depth.
Bonus points for experience with:
Standard Server/Storage and AI Server Solutions and Architectures, Software Platforms (Linux, Windows, VMware), Industry standards development and influence process. Specification and working knowledge of: PCIe, storage interface and protocols (SAS, SATA, PCIe NVME), Storage Device(HDD,SSD), Data Protection(Erasure, RAID, Replication) Management interfaces and protocol's (I2C/I3C/USB, MCTP, PLDM, Redfish-RDE), Security Algorithms, Authentication and Encryption (secure boot, SHA, RSA, ECDSA, PQC: CNSA
2.0 ML-DSA, DICE, SPDM), Memory technology (HBM,DDR,Flash), Integration of Telemetry and Debug capabilities.
