We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a growing company in the Greater Colorado Springs area. This is an ONSITE position, open to US Citizens and Green Card holders. C2C candidates are not eligible.

CompensationThe pay range is $48.00/hr - $56.00/hr, with a 4-month contract duration. Upon converting to permanent employment, the annual salary is estimated between $100K and $115K, based on skills and experience.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundations Certification (preferred)
- Server+ and Network+ certifications (preferred)
Experience:
- 8+ years managing operations and leading teams
- 5+ years in IT with experience interacting with executive leadership
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Networking, security, and system management expertise
- Experience with financial applications like Quick Books or Sage is a plus
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean record
- Background check clearance
