Colorado Springs School District 11 seeks a Data Scientist Programmer to enhance student outcomes through data-driven insights. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Utilize the district's data lake for data storage and management
Develop machine learning models to predict student performance
Create predictive models for strategic improvement of student outcomes
Transform data insights into strategies with educators and administrators
Present data using visualization tools to simplify complex data
Engage in cross-functional projects for improved data-driven decisions
Stay updated with trends in data analysis and education technology
Provide problem-solving and troubleshooting across student information systems
Document processes and track work progress effectively
Ensure timely data delivery to the Colorado Department of Education
Test automated solutions rigorously
